September’s Sensational Sale!
Just in time for “ Back to School”...The Bag Sale is Back!!
That means: fill a shopping bag with any but our new fall items and get them all for only $20!! Kids, mens, ladies, juniors, tops, bottoms, swimsuits, dresses, suitcoats, gowns, and even sandals! Other items that are now half price: shoes, handbags, and specialty items. Jewelry, items in the showcase and items with orange tags (new for fall) are not included in the sale.
There’s Chatter…
There is chatter in the air that Many Hands Thrift Shoppe will be organizing a fundraising event “Fashion, Food and Fun!” with proceeds going to our own Berlin Food Pantry and World Central Kitchen. While plans are just beginning we hope to include a fashion show, local musicians, good food and fun! We will need models and volunteers to support this effort. And we will certainly be looking for a red carpet. If you have a keen eye for putting outfits together, would like to model, or can offer volunteer support on or before the evening of October 17, please speak to one of our shoppe volunteers. It takes Many Hands.
Our thrift shoppe is called Many Hands for a reason. It is staffed by volunteers from multiple communities, philosophies, and theologies, gathering together to provide this wonderful service.
Our Mission
To provide the residents of Berlin, and the surrounding area, access to affordable clothing, as well as creating an opportunity for many hands to volunteer for a worthy cause, and a caring environment in our community.
